I wanted to share with all of you what we had for dinner. So after returning home, i made 2 greenlings for my wife and kids. My little one loves to eat fish and it’s a much healthier choice in my opinion over red meat and also because it’s fresh. I only keep what i can eat that day so nothing goes to waste. Enjoy!!
In the future, i will add more images of how i cook my catch and possibly show you the different recipes i have for them. I am not a Chef by any means, just a simple guy that loves to see my kids smile as they eat what i make.
